Aromanticism is a romantic orientation that refers to individuals whose experiences of romance differ from dominant societal norms, often characterized by little to no romantic attraction. Some aromantic individuals may feel indifferent toward or even repulsed by romantic relationships, while others simply lack interest in pursuing them.
